Tina Han | Paralegal

Tina Han is passionate about helping people whose lives have been shaken up after becoming a victim of a devastating traffic accident. Over the past decade, her work in the legal community has helped thousands of grief-stricken and injured clients get their lives back on track. By assisting our meticulous attorneys with the legal process, Tina helps our clients ultimately win the justice they deserve.

Her educational background includes an Associate degree in Journalism and Paralegal Studies, as well as her Paralegal Certificate. Tina is a dedicated legal professional whose energy is contagious. Clients are often impressed with how she uses her legal skills and knowledge to assist them in understanding complex legal concepts that define their case. An Orange County native, Tina is married with two small children who are fortunate to have a mother who is not only an awesome legal professional, but she makes a great chocolate chip cookie.


Sam Habbas | Paralegal

Sam Habbas is a hard-hitting player on our legal team. His extensive experience in the legal field spans more than 12 years. Sam is relentless in his pursuit of justice on behalf of our clients. His energy is contagious and his commitment is absolute. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Political Science together with his strong legal background make Sam an important part of the Seegmiller legal team. When he's not working with clients he enjoys spending time working out at the gym


Leticia Ostler | Paralegal

Leticia Ostler has faithfully served the legal community for more than 17 years. As a key member of our legal staff, Leticia uses both her drive and compassion in order to help our deserving clients win their cases. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Psychology from the University of Alaska Southeast. When she is not working tirelessly as an advocate for our clients, Leticia finds time to work out and attends church regularly.


Jennifer Rulon | Case Manager/Paralegal

Jennifer Rulon is a passionate advocate for Seegmiller clients injured in car accidents as she works diligently to assist our attorneys with many aspects of a client's case. She handles requests for medical records, schedules medical appointments for clients, helps them with property damage and reports claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution. The Arizona State University graduate earned her bachelor's degree in science and later her paralegal certificate at the University of California, Irvine. Her legal experience stems over a nine year period including four years here in Southern California. When she is not working relentlessly on helping our clients regain their lives after an accident, Jennifer relaxes with a good book, enjoys running and spends time at the beach with friends playing volleyball. She's even given our local sport of surfing a try.


Marina Spanos | Legal Assistant

Marina Spanos heads up our Spanish legal department with a dedication that has spanned more than two decades in the legal field. She is empathetic to the client needs and spends considerable time helping them understand the legal process. Marina knows how difficult it can be to cope with the aftermath of a debilitating car accident that's why she works tirelessly to help clients get their lives back in order. Marina earned an associate in arts degree from Los Angeles City College in 1993. Marina likes to spend her time away from the office shopping, running and taking walks on the beach. She is also devoted to her beloved cat Scratchy.


James Palmer | Legal Assistant

James Palmer is a straightforward legal professional with a passion for technology. Clients say he's easy to talk with and put their trust in him to help them understand the complexities involved in their case. James earned his bachelor's degree from California State Sacramento in Communications. Over the years he has been working as a legal assistant, James has found true fulfillment in knowing the clients he helps can move on with their lives and put the trauma of the car accident behind them. He also knows how to tell a good story. James pours his creative energy into writing screenplays and he is fascinated about the history of the film industry.


Sara Clayson | Intake Manager

Sara Clayson is one of the first people new clients speak to when they call Seegmiller Law Firm. She is an attentive listener who is compassionate when helping people who were injured in a traffic accident. Sara has extensive knowledge about the complexities of the legal system and knows how to communicate the process to people in a straightforward manner so they know what our car accident law firm can do to help them. Over the past five years at Seegmiller, Sara has shown unwavering support to Seegmiller and its clients. A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York, Sara previously was a professional performer in a career that took her around the world. A native of Sacramento, California, she returned here to begin a legal career and is now married. When she is not hard at work, Sara still enjoys taking time out to dance. Sara says she is proud to come to work every day because she has the opportunity to help someone in need.


Amanda Sellers | Receptionist

Amanda Sellers works directly with Seegmiller clients to help them get the medical attention they so badly need after being injured in a car accident. Her sincere compassion for our clients stems from having been in a car accident herself and knowing the process firsthand. Her education began here in her hometown Orange County and she eventually went on to earn her bachelor's degree in sociology. She became passionate about the law because many of her friends are in the field. Prior to entering the legal field, Amanda was a hard-hitting volleyball competitor at UCI, but she is also a loyal USC football fan. She still enjoys playing volleyball, water polo, swimming, reading and spending time with friends and family, some who she visits in Hawaii where she once lived. She loves to teach herself new languages too. Her radio is usually tuned to classic rock so she can hear her all-time favorite band Led Zeppelin.


Adam Jenner | Accounts Payable

Adam Jenner handles all financial matters related to the Seegmiller Law Firm. Adam says that handling finances for our legal department keeps him on his toes. His vibrant background includes managing a Korean all-girl pop group, handing international relations for a television documentary production company and working for an import export business. Adam earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics as he traveled around the world attending first the Otago University in New Zealand where he was born, and also the University of Utah and the University of Auckland. He grew up in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada with his family, but served as a missionary for two years in Korea where he stayed another four years to work and became fluent in Korean. Indeed Adam has always been a globe trotter, but he still finds time to practice his golf, play some basketball and play music on the piano and guitar.


Jane Kall | Office Manager

Jane Kall is an outstanding member of our legal team here at Seegmiller. She has more than 8 years experience in the legal field working to support many areas of the law. While she completed her studies to become a nurse, she found she was more passionate about the legal field and has never looked back. While her unwavering commitment to Seegmiller keeps her busy every day, Jane still finds time to work as an esthetician at a local sports club. She's a devoted wife and soon-to-be mother who likes to get away and travel whenever she finds the time. Spending time with friends and family is always a day well spent as well as walking on the beach here where she grew up in sunny Southern California.


Ashley Lauren Ziething | Receptionist

Clients who call the Seegmiller offices are often first received by our receptionist Ashley. She is new to the legal community. An Orange County native, Ashley grew up in Huntington Beach and Corona Del Mar. When she is not working at Seegmiller helping clients reach our legal experts, Ashley is working toward obtaining her aesthetician license to add to her accomplishments that include a personal training license and an Art Institute certificate. An avid traveler, Ashley toured Europe this year visiting Greece, Italy and France and is planning a trip to her boyfriend Aldo's native Costa Rica for a future excursion. A trip hiking up and down the Grand Canyon is on her list after that.


Angela Arce | Medical Case Manager

New to Seegmiller and the legal community is our receptionist Angela whose vibrant voice may be one of the first people you reach at Seegmiller. She holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State Fullerton and she also works part-time as a massage therapist at a local sports club. The Orange County native grew up in Fullerton and has been a long-time Anaheim Angels fan. In fact, she plays fast-pitch softball in her spare time every week. Angie also began playing the flute in high school and manages to play it in her spare time.


Susan Schaben | Web Writer

Susan Schaben handles all written content for the Seegmiller website. Keeping the website relevant so that clients can learn about Seegmiller Law Firm is her primary focus. Also, finding ways to explain the legal process in a way that is easily understood is what she does every day. Susan earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and political science at the University of Southern California before working at various newspapers including the Los Angeles Times, the Orange County Register and the Orange County Business Journal. The former newspaper reporter is new to the legal field, but has always had a passion for law. She earned her paralegal certificate earlier this year at Coastline Community college. A native of Burlington, Ontario, Canada, Susan came to the United States in the pursuit of sunshine and happiness. She is married to Los Angeles Times photographer Allen Schaben and they have two spoiled little boys ages 9 and 10 years old. Besides being a Cub Scout den leader and catechist at her church, Susan enjoys travel, playing guitar and spending time with family.


Shane Martin | Webmaster

Shane is our law firm's web guru responsible not only for making our website look good, but for making it easy for clients to navigate. Over the past five years, he has designed his own cutting-edge websites, as well as those for other businesses. Shane is fluent in many different computer languages such as PHP code, Java Script, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML (HyperText Markup Language). As technology continues to evolve, Shane moves and evolves with it by continuing to learn new concepts and also by working toward a degree in computer science at Pierce College in Woodland Hills. Shane is also a notary public and has been a professional musician for 10 years. He has worked as a studio musician playing guitar as well as being a member in bands playing everything from jazz and rock to heavy metal and punk. His favorite band is the alternative metal group Tool. Besides music he has also dabbled with acting and has appeared in several films and on television shows. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
