LAS VEGAS, Nevada (March 30, 2013) – The Nevada Highway Patrol is reporting a severe rollover crash that occurred late this morning on the U.S. 95 near Cold Creek Road. A silver Nissan Xterra had a rear tire separation as it was traveling northbound on the U.S. 95. The Xterra immediately rolled, injuring  all five people in the vehicle. There were three adults and two children. One man was critically injured and the highway was closed as a helicopter landed so the man could be airlifted to the hospital. The other passengers were all taken via ambulance to a hospital.

“The sudden tire separation in this accident is perplexing. This should never have happened to this family,” states West Seegmiller, founder of The Seegmiller Law Firm.
