51-year-old Turlock man killed in tragic motorcycle collision

TURLOCK, CALIFORNIA (October 30, 2014)- A motorcyclist identified as Randall Beede, 51, of Turlock, has been identified as the victim killed in a collision with a vehicle Wedneday evening, October 22nd, on Ninth Street and Rockwood Avenue, according to Turlock City News.

Per Turlock City News, Beede was heading northbound along Ninth Street attempting to make a turn onto Rockfield Avenue when he was suddenly struck by a gold colored sedan traveling southbound on Ninth Street.

The 51-year-old man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision. He was rushed to the hospital where he sadly died of his injuries sustained.

Both motorists taken to Sierra Vista Hospital

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY (October 30, 2014)- Two motorists suffered major injuries in a head-on collision that took place Monday at 12:44 a.m. on Highway 46, according to the Paso Robles Daily News.

The driver of a Hummer H3 attempted to pass a trailer heading eastbound on Highway 46 before colliding head-on with Francisco Valadez, the driver of a 1995 Ford Box van.

Both Valadez and the driver whose name is being withheld suffered major injuries. Valadez was taken to Sierra Vista Hospital while the other driver was airflighted to also to Sierra Vista Hospital.

Suburban vs. motorcyclist

NIPOMO, CALIFORNIA (October 30, 2014)- According to the California Highway Patrol, a major injury traffic accident took place this morning at 6:32 a.m. at the intersection of West Tefft Street and Mary Avenue.

CHP reported that a white Suburban and motorcycle were involved in this injurious accident.

The fire department and paramedics arrived to assist and transport the rider to the emergency room with serious injuries. The current condition and the extent of injuries sustained by any party involved are unknown at this time.

Pedestrian seriously injured by hit-and-run driver

HOOPA, CALIFORNIA (October 29, 2014) – A pedestrian suffered major injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Highway 96, Wednesday, according to a California Highway dispatch.

Humboldt Police Department officers responded to the scene and confirmed that the incident which occurred at 7:27 p.m. involved a hit-and-run vehicle of unknown make and model.

The local fire department along with the paramedics arrived and transported the pedestrian, who reportedly suffered major injuries, to a Redwood Memorial Hospital for treatment.

A tow-truck was requested to assist in the clearing of the crash site.

Authorities will search for the driver responsible for causing the accident once the investigation process is over.

Vehicle hits bike in traffic accident

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA (October 29, 2014) – A collision between a bicycle and a vehicle occurred at the intersection of Los Osos Valley and Turri roads on Wednesday, California Highway Patrol Officers reported.

The crash involving a tan Lincoln Continental and a bike took place 6:43 p.m.

The local fire department and the paramedics were on scene to attend to the parties who may have suffered injuries.

According to the report log, the Lincoln was spotted on the right hand shoulder following the accident.

The incident prompted the roadway to be blocked.

Four Corners Towing arrived to assist in the clearing of the crash site.

Authorities will investigate and determine liability.
