Two vehicles collide

REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA (November 18, 2014) – A head-on collision between two vehicles occurred on State Routes 92 and 35, Tuesday evening, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The crash involving a black Honda Civic and a black Lincoln MKZ 4-door took place at 10:47 p.m.

The local fire department and the paramedics were on scene to attend to the parties who may have suffered injuries.

All eastbound lanes were forced to shut down.

Tow-trucks were requested to assist in the clearing of the crash site.

As of 11:45 p.m., all lanes were opened.

Authorities will conduct an investigation to determine liability.

At least one injured in car versus truck accident

COLFAX, CALIFORNIA (November 18, 2014) – An injury collision between a big rig and a vehicle occurred on the westbound Interstate 80 freeway east of State Route 174 off-ramp, Tuesday, California Highway Patrol Officers reported.

The crash which involved a Subaru modeled car took place at 9:15 p.m.

As stated in the dispatch, all the occupants of the Subaru were reportedly outside the vehicle and conscious upon CHP’s arrival. The local fire department along with the paramedics responded to the scene to attend to at least one party who suffered minor injuries.

Both lanes were blocked following the collision.

Tow-trucks arrived to assist in the clearing of the crash site.

As of 9:32 p.m., the roadway was cleared.

Authorities will investigate and determine liability.

Vehicle hits female pedestrian while crossing street

SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA (November 18, 2014) – A vehicle struck a woman while crossing the street at the location of 20109 Kendall Drive on Tuesday at 8:36 p.m., California Highway Patrol Officers reported.

The local fire department along with the paramedics responded to the scene to attend to the female pedestrian who may have suffered injuries.

According to the dispatch, the pedestrian, who was spotted down on the right hand shoulder, reportedly ran in front of a vehicle.

The report log included that the road was dark at the time of the accident.

The incident remains under investigation.

At least two vehicles struck by hit-and-run driver

ACTON, CALIFORNIA (November 18, 2014) – An injury hit-and-run accident occurred on northbound State Route 14 near Crown Valley Road, Tuesday, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

Officers received a report about a hit-and-run suspect vehicle, a white SUV blocking several lanes as its driver ran into the fields shortly before 6 p.m. The suspect reportedly struck a Honda Civic and an unknown sedan.

Palmdale Sheriff’s Office personnel along with the paramedics responded to the scene to attend to at least one party who reportedly suffered injuries.

As stated in the report log, the two vehicles were spotted on the right hand shoulder. One of the three vehicles involved obtained front-end damage due to the crash.

High Desert Towing arrived to assist in the clearing of the crash site.

As of 6:10 p.m., the roadway was cleared.

Authorities will conduct an investigation to determine liability.

Pregnant woman complains of pain after two cars collide

ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA (November 18, 2014) – A 2-car collision including a pregnant woman took place on the westbound State Route 91 east of North Imperial Highway on-ramp, Tuesday, California Highway Patrol Officers reported.

The crash which involve a black Dodge Journey occurred at 4:55 p.m.

The local fire department and the paramedics were on scene to attend to the pregnant woman who reportedly complained of pain following the accident.

Both cars blocked the No. 1 lane.

As of 5:09 p.m., the roadway was cleared.

The incident remains under investigation.
